Katie is an entrepreneur focused on information technology and biotechnology. As an Entrepreneur in Residence for Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory she works to help commercialize technologies developed by scientists. She works with spin-out companies including Hairpin Technologies and Marvel Genomics. Katie has over 15 years experience building and running a software development and IT staffing company. She has a unique mix of skills that span information technology, biotechnology, and business operations and development. Katie received her BA in molecular biology from Colgate University, an MBA from NYU, and a Masters in Biotechnology from Columbia University.
